• Updating your clients on where there shipment is / how it is progressing
• Organising the clearance process and sending those documents to our customs brokers.
• Sending invoices and customs entry to your client.
• Monitoring the unpacking status / availability of your clients cargo and updating the client
• Organising the delivery of your clients cargo to their address and communicating expected time and day for delivery to them.
• Ability at times to work autonomously, as we are currently only a small team.
• Willingness to do the odd job that is outside the scope of your role, this could be talking to a walk in client, answering phone calls not necessarily regarding enquiries about your shipments, helping other team members, etc.  
• This is not a work from home role, although we are more than happy to offer flexibility to give you work / life balance.
  

Requirements: At least 2 years of customer service experience.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.

• Lodgement of declarations for Air, Sea shipping modes
• Quarantine lodgements
• Classification of commodities
• Pre and post shipment support for clients with customs or quarantine specific enquiries
• Paying Customs Fees
• Prepare and lodge Tariff Advices when required
• Process applications for Tariff Advices, duty drawbacks and refunds
• Assist with import requirements and consultation with customers
• Prepare IFIP permissions where required

Requirements: Licensed Customs Broker with at least 3 years of full-time experience. Proficiency in CargoWise is essential.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
